At our plant, we have maintained well equipped & completely independent machining workshop i.e. CNC & Conventional. Our state of the art technology is well known for its strength & potential. We are producing @4+ million pieces per month.

CNC Machine shop-floor: CNC sliding head machines (CITIZEN 5 axis, TSUGAMI 6 axis & BFW/LMW 4 axis VMC machines).
CNC Lathe Machines. (Tsugami, Ace).
Conventional Machining Unit: Sliding head machines.
Secondary operation m/c: drilling M/c, tapping M/c , milling M/c, punching M/c, Schaublin M/c etc.
In-house tool manufacturing & grinding facility are available.
Cams are designed in house.
