OM BSA Enterprises was established in 1987 and is today a third-generation, family-run manufacturer of precision machined components. We specialise in small, complex, tight-tolerance parts produced on Citizen, Tsugami, Star and Tornos CNC Swiss-type sliding-head lathes, VMCs and cam-operated automatics.

Our experienced engineers and machinists work to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified systems. With two plants, at MIDC Rabale (Navi Mumbai) and Additional MIDC Ambernath, covering more than 35,000 sq ft with ample room for future expansion, we have the capacity for both new-part development and high-volume production, and we back every order with prompt communication and on-time delivery.

Yes. Almost everything we make is built to customer drawings. Send us your drawing and we will quote.

Stainless steels, free-cutting and alloy steels, brass, copper, nickel-iron alloys and titanium. All raw material is inspected on receipt.

In-process and final inspection using a Keyence fully automatic image dimension measuring system, VMM, profile projector, surface roughness (Ra) tester, digital Rockwell hardness tester and plating thickness tester, plus sorting on our optical sorting machines. PPAP documentation is available on request.

Lead times depend on part complexity and quantity. We agree a schedule with you at the quote stage and track every order through to dispatch.

We currently supply OEMs across India, from our two plants in Navi Mumbai and Ambernath.
