Manufacturing and Engineering at OM BSA

Our plants at MIDC Rabale (Navi Mumbai) and Additional MIDC Ambernath combine modern CNC equipment with decades of machining experience. Everything needed to turn a drawing into an approved, inspected part, from tooling and programming to measurement and sorting, is handled in-house.

Manufacturing Facility

Spread across more than 35,000 sq ft at our two plants, with ample space for future expansion, our facilities produce over 7 million precision turned components every month. Key equipment includes:

  • CNC sliding-head (Swiss-type) lathes: Citizen, Tsugami, Star and Tornos machines with bar feeders for long, slender and complex parts
  • Vertical machining centres: LMW and BFW 4-axis VMCs for milling, drilling and second operations
  • Cam-operated automatics: for high-volume simple turned parts
  • Secondary operations: drilling, tapping, milling and punching
  • Tool room: in-house cam design, tool making and CNC tool re-sharpening
  • Optical sorting machines: automated vision sorting of small parts
