CNC Setter & Operator

Set up and run CNC sliding-head (Swiss-type) lathes, load bar stock, change tools and keep parts within drawing tolerances.

VMC Operator

Run second-operation milling and drilling on vertical machining centres, using fixtures and in-process gauges.

Quality Inspector

Inspect parts at first-piece, in-process and pre-dispatch stages with micrometers, height gauges, VMM, profile projectors, Ra, hardness and plating-thickness testers.

Production & Planning

Plan machine loading and raw material, track orders from drawing to dispatch, and keep the shop floor running on schedule.
