We take a new part from drawing to approved sample to steady volume supply. The same team, machines and quality system handle the job at every stage, so nothing is lost between prototype and production.

How a new part moves through OM BSA

1. Enquiry and drawing review: we check material, tolerances and finish, and raise any questions early.
2. Quotation: price, tooling needs and lead time.
3. Samples: first parts produced on production machines, with a full dimensional report.
4. PPAP and approval: PPAP documents (PSW, control plan, inspection results and more) prepared when the customer needs them.
5. Volume production: scheduled against your monthly plan or purchase orders, with in-process and pre-dispatch inspection.
